This year I wanted to make my own costume instead of using an old one or buying one from the store. I went out and bought dress shoes, pants, and a jacket at the thrift store, and a large container of Mod Podge.
The initial plan was to cover the entire suit, but due to time constraints and the literal pain in the rear that covering the pants would be, I decided to go with half newspaper, and half not. Thus the name.
